What Delivery Options Do We ProvideRoyal Mail 1st Class delivery service. Unfortunately we cannot provide International Shipping as restrictions can often result in items failing to be delivered successfully.

When Will I Receive My OrderWe aim to dispatch all orders the next day, and the same day if placed before 3pm. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived, contact us by email at tw@tailoredcommercials.co.uk For non-UK orders, please allow up to 25 working days, as there may be delays in the customs office of your country.

How Do I Cancel My Order?To cancel your order please email us at tw@tailoredcommercials.co.uk - Please note, if your order is already with the courier – you can return the unused goods to us and you will be given a full refund (exc. postage costs).

The Item I'm Looking For Is Out Of StockWe aim to always keep our products in stock and as a manufactuer of our own e-liquids it won't be long until we're all stocked up. Occasionally we will run ‘pre-orders’ on certain items.
